 . Step 4: Oil and Cook. Wipe the water beads away with a dry cloth. Turn the heat down slightly to low-medium, add your healthy cooking oil, and let it shimmer for 5 seconds. Now, add your ingredients. Your food will slide effortlessly across the surface.
